Monarch Roofing & Property Maintenance ("we", "us") is a roofing and property maintenance contractor operating from 12 Marlborough Road, Stockton on Tees, United Kingdom, and serving Glasgow and the west of Scotland. Information we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address when you submit an enquiry form.
- The service you selected, the area you are in, and the details of the problem you describe.
- Information you give us by phone, email or in person while we quote or carry out work.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited, used to keep the site working.
Why we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection, prepare and issue a fixed-price quote, carry out and invoice the work, and honour any guarantee that applies to it. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of performing that contract once work is agreed. Where we keep records after a job, we do so under our legitimate interest in supporting guarantees and answering later questions about the work, and to meet accounting obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to follow them up. Records relating to completed work are kept for the life of any applicable guarantee, up to 15 years for new roof replacements, and for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to do the job or run the business: our own roofing team, suppliers or scaffold providers where required for your job, and our accountant. Our website enquiry form may be delivered through a customer-management provider acting on our instructions.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. Pages that embed a Google Map may set cookies controlled by Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, or object to how we use it.
