A roofing business built on repeat customers

John Tate started out on the tools and never really left them. 20 years later, Monarch Roofing & Property Maintenance is a team of 10 experienced roofers handling everything from a single slipped slate to a full strip and re-roof.

Who we help

Homeowners with a leak they cannot trace. Families whose roof has finally run out of years. Landlords and letting agents who need one trade they can call for the exterior jobs that keep stacking up. If a roof, chimney, gutter or roofline is the problem, it is our work.

Pitched roofing in slate, tile and concrete; complete roof replacements; EPDM and GRP flat roofing; chimney repairs and repointing; guttering repairs, unblocking and replacement; uPVC fascia and soffit; roof cleaning and moss removal; and general exterior property maintenance.
